Ghibli Studios - The Wind Rises
In this GIF the center figure is a woman who is seen painting on the canvas as the focus action in the scene, but her dress is also moving significantly on it's own implying in the scene that it is very windy. This sets the environment that will take place later in the scene where the wind ends up blowing away her canvas and umbrella. By having this detail the audience is aware of the wind beforehand making the action of her canvas and umbrella flying away not to be unusual allowing for the scene to flow more naturally.
Example 2 -
Riot Games - ARCANE
In the GIF the subject is seen investigating a butterfly looking sculptor while working on it she is bobbing her head around and dancing. Despite those actions having nothing to do with her creation of her work, she is dancing around because of the intense music playing in the scene indicating part of her personality being more carefree and relaxed in this scene.
